Behind every immersive experience, dazzling performance, and smooth operation is a team of hardworking wastelanders ensuring that the event is fun, safe, and unforgettable for everyone.

Volunteering isn’t just about pitching in; it’s about being part of the backbone of The Pacific Northwaste. It’s challenging but rewarding work, and we’re committed to making the experience as fulfilling as possible for the brave souls who help bring our wasteland to life.

We value the time and effort of our volunteers, and we want to show our appreciation. Here’s how our Volunteer Corps Ticket Program works:

• Event Shifts:Take an 8-hour volunteer shift during the event to help with essential tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Breaks for food and rest are included to keep you going strong.
• Pre/Post-Event Positions:If you prefer a more flexible schedule, you can volunteer before or after the event in one of our unstructured positions.
• Your Ticket, Covered:As a thank-you, your attendance at The Pacific Northwaste is fully compensated when you complete your shift.
• Exclusive Recognition:Every volunteer receives a special “Staff” rocker patch for the year—a badge of honor for those who keep the wasteland thriving.
